Krav
Maga is the official self defense system of the Israeli Army and U.S. law
enforcement agencies.
This video covers Krav Maga striking techniques: punches, kicks, elbows
and knees. There are no rules when your life is in danger, therefore we
will teach you how to strike to vulnerable target areas such as the eyes,
throat and groin. You will also learn how to strike from various angles
and distances to defeat an attacker and move to safety.
This video shows you the techniques in dramatized true-to-life situations.
To easily master the exercises you are then taken into the training studio
to examine the techniques as they are explained and analyzed by Krav
Maga's highest level instructors: U.S. Chief Instructor Darren Levine and
International Krav Maga Federation Head Instructor Eyal Yanilov.
Krav Maga's battle-tested techniques emphasize simple, practical
movements, based on the body's natural instincts that can be performed by
people of all levels of ability.

Self
Defense With Pressure Points
This video shows how to
use pressure points all over the body in self defense, how to reach and
strike those points in actual combat and integrate pressure point fighting
with other techniques. It can help you fight against larger and stronger
attackers. Each technique (which concerns a particular pressure point) is
carefully shown on a partner, from several angles and safety points on
practicing with another person, are given. These techniques can be very
helpful in real situations.

Dirty: Self Defense for Women
I am a woman and have no martial arts
experience. I do, however, feel secure and confident when I am out alone,
shopping, or going to and from my car at night, thanks to this video. It
helped me to identify the ways in which I could protect myself, if the
need should ever present itself. I pray that it doesn't, but I thank Mr.
DeHook for the invaluable information. Every woman should own a copy of
Fighting Dirty!

Practical
Self-Defense
This video teaches you how
to defend yourself against an opponent who is larger and stronger than
you. You will see classroom instruction in which students are being shown
the techniques and carefully corrected so they (and you) understand the
body mechanics behind the techniques. Included are: punching, kicking,
groundfighting, grappling and protection against being attacked with a
stick. You will need a partner to practice this. These are typical
situations you will encounter on the street. The techniques are derived
from T'ai-chi-Ch'uan ("The Grand Ultimate Martial Art") and
include evasive maneuvers and unexpected ways of dealing with force, to
allow the force to go by and be neutralized. It is very good for children
and for anyone not used to defending themselves.
